Common use of Amended, Restated and Replacement Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amended, Restated and Replacement Agreement. This Agreement amends, restates and replaces in its entirety the Original Credit Agreement, all effective as of the Restatement Effective Date. Any reference to the “Bassett Credit Agreement” contained in a Licensee Loan Guaranty shall refer to this Agreement.
