Amended Scope of Limited License – The App. If you download, access or use the App from or through Apple’s App Store, then the limited license(s) granted to you hereunder with respect to the App (see Section 7(b) above) is/are hereby amended to add the following restriction: you may not use the App on any device other than the Apple-brand device (e.g., iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad) that you own or control or in any manner that is contrary to Apple’s Usage Rules.
