Common use of Amended Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Amended Terms and Conditions. At any time, and in its sole discretion, Canada may amend the Terms and Conditions of the MSFAA- Canada. Canada will post the amended MSFAA-Canada on the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) website. Any and all such amendments are effective immediately upon posting.
