Amending Adjustment Provisions. The Corporation and the Trustee may modify the adjustments resulting from the application of the provisions of Article Five if a modification is required as a result of any approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange contemplated by the provisions of Article Five and the Corporation and the Trustee may execute and deliver such documents as may be necessary to effect the modification.
