Amending and Supplementing Indenture Without Consent of Holders. The Authority and the Trustee, from time to time and at any time and without the consent or concurrence of any Holder, may enter into a Supplemental Indenture, (i) to make any changes, modifications, amendments or deletions to this Indenture that may be required to permit the Indenture to be qualified under the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 of the United States of America or (ii) for any one or more of the following purposes:
