Amending this Agreement or Fees. We may amend this Agreement at any time by sending notice as described in your Primary Online Banking Agreement; provided, however, this Agreement governs our right to provide you with that notice electronically. You may choose to accept or decline the change. By continuing to use Mobile Banking after the effective date stated in the notice, you are deemed to accept that change.
