Amendmen t of Bidding Documents. i) At any time prior to the deadline for submission of Bids,but not later than three (3) days before the closing date of the submission of Bid, the Procuring Agency, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective Bidder, maymodify the Bidding documents by amendment. Any such change/amendment in the Bidding documents shall be provided in a timely manner, preferably through electronic means also, not later than three (3) days, and on equal opportunity basis as per Rule-25(3) OR Rule 25(4) of PPR- 14 as the case may be. ii) In order to allow prospective Bidders reasonable time in which to takeanaddendum into accountin preparing their Bids, the Procuring Agency, at its discretion, may extend the deadline for the submission of Bids, as per rule 29 of PPR- 14, in the manner similar to the original advertisements,soastoavoidanyinconvenienceandto doublyensurelevelplayingfieldforallprospectivebidders.
