Amendment and Assignment of Agreement. 12.1 This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except in writing signed by the Parties hereto. 12.2 This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, administrators or assigns of each Party. 12.3 Subject to provisions of any written severance policy then in existence, this Agreement may be terminated by either Party with thirty (30) days' written notice to the other.
