AMENDMENT AND CHOICE OF LAW. 7.1 The terms of this Agreement may be changed by mutual consent of the Minister and the Board, except the termination provision requiring the approval of a majority of the Congregation unless otherwise provided for in the Congregational Bylaws. Change in the level of compensation will not alter the other terms of this Agreement. All changes must be in writing.
