Amendment and Cumulative Effect. This Agreement will not be altered, amended, modified or supplemented except in a written document approved by the School and signed by the Board president or other authorized officer of the School and an authorized officer of Manager. The rights and remedies of the Parties hereto are cumulative and not exclusive of the rights and remedies that they otherwise might have now or hereafter, at law, in equity, by statute or otherwise.
