Amendment and enforcement costs, etc. The Borrower shall, within three (3) Business Days of demand, reimburse the GIEK Facility Agent or another Finance Party for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by it in connection with: (a) the granting of any release, waiver or consent under the Finance Documents; (b) any amendment or variation of any of the Finance Documents; and (c) the preservation, protection, enforcement or maintenance of, or attempt to preserve or enforce, the rights of the Finance Parties under the Finance Documents.
