Amendment and Interpretation. This agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by a Sierra Club officer and is intended to be interpreted and enforced to the greatest extent allowed by law. If any provision herein is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall still be enforced. This agreement is binding upon any personal representative, successor, heir, or assign of Participant (and Minor Participant, if any).
