Amendment and Modification; Conflicts Committee Control. This Agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented only by written agreement of ETE and ETP. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in the case of ETP, in addition to any approvals required by the ETP Partnership Agreement or under this Agreement, any amendments, modifications or supplements to this Agreement, or any termination of this Agreement, in either case by ETP, must be approved by the ETP Conflicts Committee.
