Amendment and Modification; Waiver of Compliance. Subject to the applicable law, this Agreement may be amended, modified, and supplemented only by written agreement signed by the Purchaser and the Seller. Any failure by any party to this Agreement to comply with any obligation, covenant, agreement, or condition contained herein may be expressly waived in writing by the other parties hereto, but such waiver or failure to insist upon strict compliance shall not operate as a waiver of, or estoppel with respect to, any subsequent or other failure.
