Amendment and Periodic Review of Agreement. This Agreement may be amended upon mutual agreement of the Governing Bodies expressed in writing. At least once every three years the County Manager and the City Manager shall review this Agreement and each shall bring his or her conclusions and recommendations to change this Agreement to the Board and Council, respectively.
