Amendment and Restatement of Certain Subordination Provisions. (a) For purposes of the Notes only, and not for purposes of any other Debt Securities, Sections 12.02 and 12.03 of the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented by the Tenth Supplemental Indenture, are hereby amended and restated in their entirety to read as follows:
