Common use of Amendment and Restatement of the Loan Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment and Restatement of the Loan Agreement. 2.1 Pursuant to the terms of the Loan Agreement, each Party consents to the amendments and restatement to the Loan Agreement contemplated by this Agreement. 2.2 With effect on and from the Effective Date: (a) the Loan Agreement shall be amended and restated in the form set out in Schedule 1 (The Amended and Restated Loan Agreement); and (b) all references in the Loan Agreement to “this Agreement” shall be construed to be to the Amended Loan Agreement. 2.3 With effect on and from the Effective Date, the Loan Agreement and this Agreement shall be read and construed as one document and references to the Loan Agreement in each Transaction Document shall be read and construed as references to the Amended Loan Agreement. 2.4 Save as amended and restated by this Agreement, the Loan Agreement, and each Transaction Document to which it is a party shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendment and Restatement of the Loan Agreement. 2.1 Pursuant to the terms of the Loan Agreement, each Party consents to the amendments and restatement to the Loan Agreement contemplated by this Agreement. 2.2 With effect on and from the Effective Date: (a) the Loan Facilities Agreement shall be amended and restated on the terms set out in amended and restated facilities agreement in the form set out in Schedule 1 2 (The Amended and Restated Loan Facilities Agreement); and (b) all references in the Loan Agreement to “this Agreement” shall be construed to be to include the Amended Loan Agreement as amended by this Agreement. 2.3 With effect on and from the Effective Date, the Loan Agreement and this Agreement shall be read and construed as one document and references to in the Loan Agreement and in each Transaction Document shall be read and construed as references to the Amended Loan Agreement as amended and restated by this Agreement. 2.4 Save ; and save as amended and restated by this Agreement, the Loan Agreement, Agreement and each Transaction Document to which it is a party shall continue in full force and effect.
