Amendment and Termination of Agreement. The SA may amend this Agreement unilaterally. However, either the SA or the SFA may propose amendments. Amendments by the SA are not subject to approval by the SFA. By continuing to operate the covered programs after an amendment to this Agreement, the SA and the SFA agree to comply with the amendment. If the SFA will not or cannot comply with an amendment, the SFA must terminate the Agreement in accordance with this section. This Agreement may be terminated in accordance with the program statutes, program regulations, and 2 CFR Part 200 for either public or private organizations.
