Amendment and Termination of SNI Benefit Plans. The terms of each SNI Benefit Plan shall be reflected solely in the terms of written documents duly adopted by SNI, and SNI shall retain the right to amend, modify or terminate any such plan effective as of any date on or after the establishment of the SNI Benefit Plan, to the extent permitted by law.
