Common use of Amendment Brokers Clause in Contracts

Amendment Brokers. Each of Landlord and Tenant hereby represents and warrants to the other that it has not had any dealings with any real estate broker or agent in connection with the negotiation of this Amendment other than Xxxxxxx & Wakefield of California, Inc. for Landlord and Colliers International CA, Inc. for Tenant (collectively, the “Amendment Brokers”). Each party agrees to indemnify and defend the other party harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, lawsuits, judgments, and costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) with respect to any leasing commission or equivalent compensation claimed by any broker or agent other than the Amendment Brokers. Landlord agrees to compensate the Amendment Brokers in accordance with a separate agreement.
