Common use of Amendment by Mutual Consent Clause in Contracts

Amendment by Mutual Consent. This Agreement may be supplemented, amended or otherwise modified only by the prior written consent of the Parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, XPRIZE has the right, upon ten (10) business days’ written notice, to amend in good faith any and all Exhibits to this Agreement, and the Parties agree that any such amendment made solely by XPRIZE shall be binding on all Parties hereto.
