Amendment Caused by Changes to Law Clause Samples

The "Amendment Caused by Changes to Law" clause allows a contract to be modified if relevant laws or regulations change after the agreement is signed. In practice, this means that if new legislation or government rules affect the contract’s terms or the parties’ obligations, the contract can be updated to remain compliant. This clause ensures that the agreement stays legally valid and helps both parties adapt to evolving legal requirements, reducing the risk of non-compliance or unenforceable terms.
