Amendment, change and supplement. Any amendment, change and supplement to this Agreement shall require the execution of a written agreement by all of the Parties.

Amendment, change and supplement. Any matters not provided in this Agreement shall be separately determined by the Parties through negotiation. The Parties shall amend, modify and supplement this Agreement and the appendices hereto through a written agreement. The amendment agreements and supplementary agreements that have been duly executed by the Parties hereto and that relate to this Agreement and the appendices hereto shall be an integral part of this Agreement and shall have the same legal validity as this Agreement.
Amendment, change and supplement. For issues not stipulated in this Agreement, the Parties may amend, change or supplement this Agreement through written agreement signed by both Parties. All amendments or supplementary agreements signed by both Parties shall be integral parts of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.

Upon this Agreement becoming effective, the exclusive option agreement entered into by and among the Parties as of May 14, 2018 (the “Agreement 2018”) shall be automatically terminated, in such case, the performance of the part provided under the Agreement 2018 that has not been performed shall cease; with regard to the part provided under the Agreement 2018 that has been performed, the Parties accept and recognize the legal validity thereof and that there is no dispute arising out from such performance.
Amendment, change and supplement. The Parties agree that, Party A is entitled to unilaterally request amendment, modification and supplement of this Agreement. If Party A request to do so, other Parties shall cooperate with the execution of relevant agreements and complete the corresponding registration and filing procedures, if required, in accordance with relevant laws. Modification agreements and/or supplementary agreements executed by Parties in relation to this Agreement shall be an integral part hereof, and shall have the same legal force and effect as this Agreement.
