Amendment, change and supplement. Any matters not provided in this Agreement shall be separately determined by the Parties through negotiation. The Parties shall amend, modify and supplement this Agreement and the appendices hereto through a written agreement. The amendment agreements and supplementary agreements that have been duly executed by the Parties hereto and that relate to this Agreement and the appendices hereto shall be an integral part of this Agreement and shall have the same legal validity as this Agreement.
