Common use of Amendment; Continuing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Amendment; Continuing Obligations. This Agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written, between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter hereof and thereof. This Agreement may be amended, waived or terminated only by a written instrument executed by both parties hereto. Employee hereby reaffirms and agrees to continue to abide by the terms set forth in Sections 9 and 10 of the Employment Agreement and expressly acknowledges the enforceability and continuing effect of those terms.
