Common use of Amendment Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received copies of this Agreement, the Amendment No. 4 to Lease Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Third Amended and Restated EMEA Guaranty and Pledge Agreement by Bird Rides International Holding, Inc. in favor of the Beneficiaries (as defined therein) (the “Amended EMEA Guaranty”), and the Note Documents (together, the “Amendment Documents”), in each case, executed and delivered by each party thereto.

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received copies of this Agreement, the Amendment No. 4 2 to Lease Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Third Amended and Restated EMEA Guaranty and Pledge Agreement entered into by Bird Rides International Holding, Inc. in favor of the Beneficiaries (as defined therein) (the “Amended EMEA GuarantyGuaranty and Pledge Agreement”), ) and the Note Documents EMEA Intercompany Loan Agreement between Bird Rides, Inc. as borrower and the Borrower as lender (together, the “Amendment Documents”), in each case, executed and delivered by each party thereto.

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received copies of this Agreement, the Amendment No. 4 3 to Lease Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Third Second Amended and Restated EMEA Guaranty and Pledge Agreement, the Parent Guaranty Agreement entered into by Bird Rides International HoldingRides, Inc. in favor of the Beneficiaries (as defined therein) (the “Amended EMEA Parent Guaranty”), and the Note Documents Lender Fee Letter dated as of the date hereof by and among Borrower, Parent, and the lenders party thereto (the “Lender Fee Letter”) (together, the “Amendment Documents”), in each case, executed and delivered by each party thereto.

The Administrative Agent and the Lenders Bird Lease Parties shall have received copies of this Agreement, the Amendment No. 4 to Lease Agreement3, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Third Amended and Restated EMEA Guaranty and Pledge Agreement by Bird Rides International Holding, Inc. in favor of the Beneficiaries (as defined therein) (the “Amended EMEA Guaranty”), and the Note Documents EMEA Intercompany Loan Agreement (together, the “Amendment Documents”), in each case, executed and delivered by each party thereto.
