Common use of Amendment; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may not be changed orally but only by an agreement in writing agreed to and signed by the Party to be charged. This Agreement and the Restrictive Covenant Agreement constitute the entire agreement of the Parties with regard to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written, between Executive and any Company Party with regard to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement and the Restrictive Covenant Agreement constitute constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties with regard to the subject matter hereof hereof; provided, however, that the Parties acknowledge and supersede agree that nothing in this Agreement supersedes or replaces the provisions of Article IV or Article VI of the Employment Agreement, which such provisions shall continue in full force and effect and are in addition to all prior confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written, between Executive and any Company Party with regard to the subject matter hereofother obligations on Xxxx hereunder. .
