Amendment in statutory variations. All statutory variations leading to increase in the cost of the contract will be debited to the buyer accounts. Amendment of the Contract as per both parties’ consent: Amendment of the Contract shall be done as per mutual consent of both parties; no party shall be made liable to pay/ get any compensation for agreement amendment. However, the variation put together shall not reduce or exceed 25% of contract value.
