Amendment; No Waiver. No provision of this Agreement may be amended, revoked or waived except by a writing signed and delivered by an authorized officer of each Party. Any waiver on the part of either Party of any breach or any fight or interest hereunder shall not imply the waiver of any subsequent breach or waiver of any other right or interest.
