To effect the admission to the Company of any Member, the Company Board shall take all steps necessary and appropriate under the Act to amend the records of the Company to reflect such admission and, if necessary, to prepare as soon as practicable an amendment to this Agreement and, if required by law, the Company Board shall prepare and file an amendment to the Certificate of Formation, and the Company Board may for this purpose, among others, exercise the power of attorney granted pursuant to Section 2.6.
