Amendment of Article 18 Sample Clauses

Amendment of Article 18. The provisions of this Article 18 relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se may be amended or added to, from time to time, by the execution by the Agent and the Lenders of an instrument in writing and such instrument in writing shall validly and effectively amend or add to any or all of the provisions of this Article affecting the Lenders without requiring the execution of such instrument in writing by the Borrower.
