Common use of Amendment of Article 6 of the Original Indenture Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Article 6 of the Original Indenture. From and as of the Operational Time, Article 6 of the Original Indenture shall be amended by: (i) deleting Sections 6.01(4), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) in their entireties, together with any references thereto in the Original Indenture; (ii) adding “and” after “;” at the end of Section 6.01(1); and (iii) deleting “;” at the end of Section 6.01(2) and substituting “.” therefor.

Amendment of Article 6 of the Original Indenture. From and as of the Operational Time, Article 6 of the Original Indenture shall be amended by: : (i) deleting Deleting Sections 6.01(46.01(a)(3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) in their entireties, together with any references thereto in the Original Indenture; ; (ii) adding Adding “and” after “;” at the end of Section 6.01(1); and and (iii) deleting Deleting “;” at the end of Section 6.01(2) and substituting “.” therefor.

Amendment of Article 6 of the Original Indenture. From and as of the Operational TimeTime (as defined in Section 4(b) of this Supplemental Indenture), Article 6 of the Original Indenture shall be amended by: (i) deleting Sections 6.01(4), (56.01(5), (6), (7), ) and (8) and (9) in their entireties, together with any references thereto in the Original Indenture; (ii) adding “and” after “;” at the end of Section 6.01(16.01(2); and (iii) deleting “;” at the end of Section 6.01(26.01(3) and substituting “.” therefor.

From and as of the Operational Time, Article 6 of the Original Indenture shall be amended by: (i) deleting each of Sections 6.01(4), (5), (6), ) and (7), (8) and (9) in their entiretiesits entirety, together with any references thereto set forth in the Original IndentureIndenture to any such Section; (ii) adding “and” after “;” at the end of Section 6.01(16.01(2); and (iii) deleting “;” at the end of Section 6.01(26.01(3) and substituting “.” therefor.

Amendment of Article 6 of the Original Indenture. From and as of the Operational Time, Article 6 of the Original Indenture shall be amended by: (i) deleting Sections 6.01(4clauses (iii), (5iv), (6v), (7vi), (8) vii) and (9viii) of Section 6.01(a) in their entireties, together with any references thereto in the Original Indenture; and (ii) adding “and” after “;” at the end of Section 6.01(1); renumber (ix) and (x) to be (iii) deleting “;” at the end of Section 6.01(2) and substituting “(iv), respectively.” therefor.
