Amendment of Article II. Article II of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Amendment of Article II. Insertion of New Section 2.09 – Form of Face of Security (Interest Security).
Amendment of Article II. (a) Section 2.8 of the Agreement is ----------------------- hereby amended by adding the following after "securities laws" in clause (iii)(c): or under PUHCA in connection with a determination by the Federal Communications Commission with respect to the Company's status as an ETC,
(b) Section 2.11 of the Agreement is hereby amended by inserting "Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx & Co. Incorporated," immediately before "Banc of America Securities LLC."
Amendment of Article II. Article II of the Stock Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by adding to the end thereof the following sections:
Amendment of Article II. Article II of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the parenthetical phrase immediately following clause (c) in Section 2.03 and substituting therefor a new parenthetical phrase reading "(other than (i) the Company, or (ii) an employee benefit plan sponsored by the Company)".
Amendment of Article II. Article II of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by adding to the end the following Section 2.10:
Amendment of Article II. Article II shall be amended by the addition at the end thereof of new Sections 2.19 and 2.20 as follows:
Amendment of Article II. (a) Section 2.1 (a) of the Current Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Section 2.1(a)(v) thereof and substituting therefor the phrase "[Intentionally Deleted]"
(b) Section 2.1(b) of the Current Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the third sentence thereof relating to the rights of AEA XM.
(c) Section 2.4 of the Current Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
