Amendment of Article Two of Original Indenture. The second sentence of the first paragraph of Section 2.5 of the Original Indenture is hereby amended and restated, but only with respect to the Notes, to read in its entirety as follows: “Such signatures may be the manual, facsimile or electronic signatures of the present or any future such officers.”

The first sentence of Section 2.6 of the Original Indenture is hereby amended and restated, but only with respect to the Notes, to read in its entirety as follows: “Only such Securities as shall bear thereon a certificate of authentication substantially in the form hereinbefore recited, executed by the Trustee by the manual or electronic signature of one of its authorized signatories or its Authenticating Agent, shall be entitled to the benefits of this Indenture or be valid or obligatory for any purpose.”
