Common use of Amendment of Boundaries Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Boundaries. 4.1 Notwithstanding anything set out in this Agreement, the Landlord reserves the right to re- define in any way it deems fit any boundary of the Premises 00 XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX, SINGAPORE 278426 of this Agreement at any time without prior notice Provided Always that where the right under this paragraph 4 is exercised by the Landlord and the boundary of the Premises is re-defined by the Landlord, the Landlord may adjust the Rent payable by the Tenant under Clause 2.1 of this Agreement if the Landlord determines that the circumstances merit an adjustment, taking into account the assessment of the Collector of Land Revenue and any other relevant factors.
