Amendment of Company Documents. Neither the Company nor the Board shall (a) permit the bylaws or certificate of incorporation of the Company to be amended in any manner that would eliminate or have any negative impact on any of the provisions hereof or the rights conveyed to the Purchaser hereunder or (b) enter into any agreement, instrument or other arrangement that conflicts with the rights and provisions of this Agreement.

Amendment of Company Documents. Unless necessary, in the opinion of Bond Counsel, to preserve the exemption of the interest on the Bonds from federal income taxation, the Company will not enter into or consent to any amendment, termination, modification or other alteration of any of the Company Documents, or any assignment, transfer, pledge or hypothecation of any of its rights thereunder.

  • Return of Company Documents When I leave the employ of the Company, I will deliver to the Company any and all drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices, formulas, and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Company Inventions, Third Party Information or Proprietary Information of the Company.
