Amendment of Compressor Leases. Amend or otherwise modify in any material respect any lease or rental agreement covering any of the Borrower’s or Subsidiaries’ gas compressors without the approval of Lender; provided, however, it shall not be a violation of this Section 6.16 if upon expiration of a lease or rental agreement by its own terms Borrower enters into a new lease or rental agreement with the same lessee.
