Common use of Amendment of Credit Documentation Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Credit Documentation. Enter into, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to enter into, become or remain subject to any agreement or instrument to which any Borrower or such Subsidiary is a party or by which any of them or any of their respective properties (now owned or hereafter acquired) may be subject or bound that would prohibit or require the consent of any Person to any amendment, modification or supplement to any of the Loan Documents, except for the Loan Documents.
