Common use of Amendment of Defined Terms Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Defined Terms. All terms defined in Sections 1.01 and 1.02 of the Indenture and contained in the Articles, Sections and Clauses of the Indenture deleted by this Article I of this Second Supplemental Indenture, but not otherwise used elsewhere in the Indenture, are hereby deleted in their entirety.
