Common use of Amendment of Equity Ownership Agreements Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Equity Ownership Agreements. The various Equity Ownership Agreements entered into with respect to stock option grants made by the Employer to Executive on or before December 31, 2003 (the "Equity Ownership Agreements"), are hereby amended to reflect the accelerated option vesting and other option-related provisions of this Agreement. Except as modified herein, the terms of the Equity Ownership Agreements shall remain in full force and effect, and nothing in this Agreement shall extend the period during which Executive may exercise the stock options subject to the Equity Ownership Agreements.
