AMENDMENT OF EXISTING SECURITY AGREEMENT. SECTION 1.1 Subject solely to the satisfaction of the condition set forth in Article II hereof, the Existing Security Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (a) The definition of “Grantor” in Section 1.01 of the Existing Security Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: ““Grantor” means Parent, the Borrower, each Guarantor that is a party hereto, and each Guarantor that becomes a party to this Agreement after the Closing Date.” (b) The following definitions are added to Section 1.01 of the Existing Security Agreement in alphabetical order:
