Common use of Amendment of Governing Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Governing Documents. The Borrower shall not, and shall -------------------------------- not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, amend, modify or supplement the Membership Agreement or the Certificate or Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws or other organizational or governing documents or any shareholders or security holders agreement of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, unless required by law, in any manner that is adverse to the interests of the Bank (as may be determined by the Bank).
