AMENDMENT OF INITIAL CHARTER; ASSIGNMENT OF INITIAL CHARTER. (a) The Owner will not, except with the previous written consent of the Indenture Trustee, agree to any variation of the Initial Charter or release the Initial Charterer from any of its obligations thereunder or waive any breach of the Initial Charterer's obligations thereunder or consent to any such act or omission of the Initial Charterer as would otherwise constitute such breach. (b) The Owner will not, except with the previous written consent of the Indenture Trustee, assign the Initial Charter to any other Person.
