Amendment of Laws. In the event that subsequent to the execution of this Contract, any state statute regulating or affecting any duty or obligation imposed upon the University pursuant to this Contract is enacted, amended or repealed, the University will elect to perform in accordance with such statute, amendment or act of repeal in lieu of complying with the analogous provision of this Contract.
