Amendment of Loan Agreement with Consent of Owners. Except in the case of Supplemental Loan Agreements referred to in Section 12.06 hereof, the Authority shall not enter into, and the Trustee shall not consent to, any Supplemental Loan Agreement without the written approval or consent of the Owners of not less than a majority in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds then Outstanding which would be adversely affected thereby, given and procured as provided in Section 12.03 hereof; provided, however, that, unless approved in writing by the Owners of all Bonds then Outstanding which would be adversely affected thereby, nothing herein contained shall permit, or be construed as permitting, a change in the obligations of the Company under Section 5.01
