Amendment of Note Amount. The number in the upper left-hand corner of the first page of the Note is amended to be “$2,000,000.”
Amendment of Note Amount. The number in the upper left-hand corner of the first page of the Note is amended to be “$4,000,000” until October 14, 2003, and thereafter shall be automatically amended to be $2,000,000, without further action required by any party.
