Common use of Amendment of Organic Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Organic Documents. The Borrowers will not, and will not permit any of their respective Subsidiaries to, amend, supplement or otherwise modify, or permit, consent or suffer to occur any amendment, supplement or modification of any terms or provisions contained in, or applicable to, any Organic Document of such Borrower or such Subsidiary if the effect thereof is to impair, or is in any manner adverse to, the rights, interests or obligations of any Secured Party under any Loan Document.

Amendment of Organic Documents. The Borrowers Neither Borrower will, nor will not, and will not it permit any of their respective Subsidiaries its Consolidated Entities to, amend, supplement or otherwise modify, or permit, consent or suffer to occur any amendment, supplement or modification of of, any terms or provisions contained in, or applicable to, any Organic Document of such Borrower or such Subsidiary Consolidated Entity if the effect thereof is to impair, or is in any manner adverse to, the rights, interests or obligations of any Secured Party under any Loan Document.
