Common use of Amendment of Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Other Agreements. All references in this Agreement to other documents and agreements to which Lenders are not parties (including without limitation the Acquisition Agreements in effect as of the date hereof), shall be deemed to refer to such documents and agreements as presently constituted and, except for any amendments and modifications not prohibited under Section 7.11, not as hereafter amended or modified unless Lenders shall have expressly consented in writing to such amendment(s) or modification(s).

Amendment of Other Agreements. All references in this Agreement to other documents and agreements to which the Lenders are not parties (including without limitation the Acquisition Agreements in effect as of the date hereof), shall be deemed to refer to such documents and agreements as presently constituted and, except for any amendments and modifications not prohibited under Section 7.117.12, not as hereafter amended or modified unless the Lenders shall have expressly consented in writing to such amendment(s) or modification(s).
