Common use of Amendment of Other Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Other Loan Documents. All other Loan Documents (including but not limited to the Notes), are hereby amended to the extent necessary (i) to reflect a maturity date for the Revolving Loan and Revolving Note of January 31, 2017, and (ii) to reflect a maturity date for the Term Loan and Term Note of January 31, 2017.

Amendment of Other Loan Documents. All other Loan Documents (including but not limited to the Notes), are hereby amended to the extent necessary (i) to reflect a maturity date for the Revolving Loan and Revolving Note of January 31June 30, 20172016, and (ii) to reflect a maturity date for the Term Loan and Term Note of January 31June 30, 20172016.
