Common use of Amendment of Participation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Participation Agreement. This Participation Agreement may not be amended except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties and upon compliance with the provisions of Sections 14.06 and 14.07 of the Indenture.

Amendment of Participation Agreement. This Participation Agreement may not be amended except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties and hereto and, if such amendment occurs after the issuance of the Bonds, upon compliance with the provisions of Sections 14.06 and 14.07 Article XIV of the Amended and Restated Indenture. Section 3.19.

Subject to the provisions of Section 14.06 of the Indenture, any provision of this Participation Agreement expressly recognizing or granting rights in or to Ambac Assurance may not be amended in any manner which affects the rights of Ambac Assurance hereunder without the prior written consent of Ambac Assurance.
